Supplier Management:

Once product requirements are confirmed, Source Find China (SFC) independently sources the necessary eco-friendly raw materials, ensuring the credibility and sustainability of the supply. We select the appropriate processing plants and oversee sample production. After the sample is approved, we place the order with the factory, manage the production schedule, conduct quality inspections, and handle logistics to deliver the final product to your company. Throughout the process, we serve as your sole point of contact for all supplier-related matters.

Cost Optimization:

Leveraging our local expertise in China, we help you assess the strengths and weaknesses of different factories to ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality. We manage the most appropriate MOQ, optimize your company inventory costs, at same than reduce the need for an in-house purchasing department, saving you on staffing expenses. Product Procurement:

Source Find China (SFC) specializes in the sourcing and customization sustainable apparel and accessories. Our focus on eco-conscious materials like RPET, organic cotton, recycled nylon, ocean-sea plastics, organic linen, hemp, and FSC-certified paper and wood. Starting in 2025, we’re diving into exploring and applying bio-based injection molding for apparel components. Plus, we’re big on eco-friendly packaging—think paper bags and paper packaging boxes, with a firm no to virgin plastics. Additionally, we offer custom sustainable product solutions tailored to your unique designs and creative concepts.

Quality Control:

Our team maintains continuous communication with factories throughout the production process, closely monitoring each stage to ensure that every product meets your specific requirements. We conduct regular inspections of core factories, evaluate production lines, and perform random on-site sampling of materials and semi-finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. By directly sourcing environmentally friendly raw materials and critical components, we ensure consistency and reduce potential risks.
